Shipping
Thank you a million for your order! We feel honored that you chose us for your next specialty coffee experience, and we go straight to work. Orders ship within 2-3 days, excluding weekends. In Belgium delivery usually follows within 1-3 days; to other destinations it may vary. Every shipment comes with a tracking number.

Italy / Ireland - 16.50 EUR
Spain (all zones) - 20 EUR
Sweden / Finland / Greece / Portugal - 18.50 EUR
Switzerland - 28 EUR
Norway / Iceland / Liechtenstein - 35 EUR
For other countries, email ilse@cafevelvet.co. Parcels to non-EU countries must pass customs clearance, and customs duties may be charged on arrival.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an unopened order.
Coffee cannot be returned once the bag has been opened. It is a food product, and once a bag is open its condition can no longer be guaranteed for anyone else. Unopened bags in their original packaging can be returned within the 14 days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email ilse@cafevelvet.co before sending anything back, so we can expect it. Once the coffee reaches us in good order, the refund follows.
If something is wrong
If a bag arrives damaged, or the order is not what you ordered, we replace it. No return needed and nothing to pay. Email ilse@cafevelvet.co with your order number and a photo, and a replacement goes out.
