With Hermando, Stefany, Alexis and Karen, this is the next generation of coffee growers in Pitalito. They bring from their family farms a noble classic composed of the "Big Three" varietals that have defined the Colombian specialty coffee landscape for the last few decades. This is a washed coffee composed of Caturra, Castillo and Colombia Supremo (the unofficial “larger bean” variety of the Colombia cherry). The specific selection of these 3 varietals/cultivars combines the classical Colombian clean finish from the Caturra, with slightly heavier chocolate body with the Castillo and sweet cane sugar brought by the Supremo Colombia
